Join in on the Annual HBC Youth Conference of 2019!
All teens are invited to join the Impact Youth Ministry at the Heritage Baptist Church Youth Conference of 2019. Special speakers are Thomas Shepherd from West Coast Baptist College and Pastor Paul Connor from City Baptist Church, Vancouver. Three different Bible college groups will be singing uplifting music. Activities this year include: laser combat, archer tag, nerf wars, co-ed soccer and volleyball tournaments and more. We will be spending two nights in Barrie, ON in a hotel with chaperones.
On Thursday, April 25th, transportation will be leaving Open Bible Baptist Church (OBBC) at 9:00 AM. On Saturday, April 27th, we are planning to return to OBBC around 5:00 PM. Teens are not guaranteed a ride if not registered by Sunday, April 14, 2019.
The cost of the youth conference trip is $80 per teen. The registration fee covers all transportation costs, activity fees, and meals. HBC will provide all meals from Thursday supper through Friday supper. We will be staying in a hotel which is a two night stay and will include breakfast. Additional cash should be brought to purchase lunch on the trip to and from Barrie. Registration and payment can be completed below.
Dear Parent/Legal Guardian,
Special events and activities that happen off-site of Open Bible Baptist Church require an Activities Permission Form to be completed for your teen(s). Our Activity Permission Form covers all special events within a year so you won't have to complete another permission form unless a third party requires it. If you have not yet completed a permission form for 2019, please select the link below to download it. You may then fill and sign the Activities Permission Form. Completed forms can be conveniently emailed to [email protected] or printed and handed in directly to our church office. Thank you!
